In order to make a purchase, you have to be registered with Maximillia.com. This is a one-time process. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in with your email address and the password that you have created.

All merchandise sold on Maximillia.com is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
International Currency Conversions
All items on Maximillia.com are priced in Australian dollars. If you do not reside in Australia, please select your local currency from the drop down menu. Please note, exchange rates are an approximation only and all transactions are performed in Australian dollars.

Sale + Promotional Code Items
Sale items can no longer be refunded but may be returned for an exchange [excluding anything marked 50-80% OFF - these items cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully]

Items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for a refund or exchange.

Pre-Orders
Items yet to arrive in store can be pre-ordered through our website:
  • Add the item/s to your shopping cart and checkout as usual
  • You will only be charged a 30% deposit at checkout (or 50% for Sretsis items)
  • Payments can be made via Visa/Mastercard or Bank Deposit
  • If you choose the Bank Deposit option, details of your payment must be received within 48hrs to secure your order
  • You can pay off your order online by logging-in and selecting ‘Laybys & Pre-Orders’ > ‘Make a Payment’ or by contacting us via email or phone
Once the deposit has been received by Maximillia.com, items will be held for the customer pending arrival in store.

The remaining 70% (or 50% for Sretsis items) must be paid within 7 days of the item/s arrival in store. If payment has not been finalised within 7 days of your pre-order arriving, we reserve the right to on-sell the item/s and will retain all payments made towards the order as a cancellation fee.

Under no circumstances can pre-orders be refunded. However, once paid for and received by the customer pre-orders can be exchanged for another item (excluding existing laybys or pre-orders)

We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-ordered items - delivery time frames stated on our website are only a suggestion and provided to us by the manufacturer. We do not refund for late delivery.

Layby
Layby is available if you’d like to purchase an item (excluding sale stock) but need to spread payment over 6 weeks:
  • Add the item/s that you wish to layby to your shopping cart
  • Select the ‘Layby’ option on the final ‘Cart Payment’ page during the checkout process
  • You will only be charged a 30% deposit at checkout
  • Payments can be made via Visa/Mastercard or Bank Deposit
  • If you choose the Bank Deposit option, details of your payment must be received within 48hrs to secure your order
  • You can pay off your order online by logging-in and selecting ‘Laybys & Pre-Orders’ > ‘Make a Payment’ or by contacting us via email or phone

Layby payments must be made fortnightly, with the remainder payable at the end of 6 weeks.

Sale items cannot be put on layby but you can apply a discount code to a layby order.

Laybys cannot be refunded or exchanged so please choose carefully.

If a layby is not finalised within 6 weeks Maximillia will retain all payments made towards the order as a cancellation fee.

Sales Tax
Maximillia.com charges Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australian residents only.

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. All orders placed after 1 PM WST will ship that business day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the following business day.

We do not send shipping confirmations as all orders are shipped as immediately as possible. Please contact us if you wish to track your package through the Australia Post website.

Registration
You are only required to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access with your email address and password. Only you will have access to this information.
Go to "LOG IN" to register. You must register with us if you have never purchased from Maximillia.com before.

If you have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on "CHECKOUT" and this will automatically direct you to the register page.

Shipping Method
Maximillia.com now uses Australia Post Express Mail Satchels exclusively for all domestic orders, which delivers your merchandise within 1 to 2 business days and provides a tracking number. Insurance is an added cost, please email us if necessary.

For international orders, Maximillia.com uses Australia Post´s Registered Post International service, which delivers your merchandise within 3 to 10 business days and provides a tracking number. Insurance is an added cost, please email us if necessary.

Please note: a signature is not required on delivery for either domestic or international shipments so please nominate a business or PO BOX if you aren´t home during the day - we are not liable for packages being lost/stolen once they leave our premises.

Order Processing
All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM WST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed after 1 PM WST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM WST will ship the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Tax / Duties / Refused Shipments
Once Maximillia.com has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Maximillia.com is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Maximillia.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Maximillia.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We are not responsible for carrier delays (due to holiday backup etc) We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Maximillia.com purchase, you can send it back to us for a REFUND or EXCHANGE depending on the circumstances below:
  • Full priced items and those purchased using a promotional code may be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • Sale items can no longer be refunded but may be returned for an exchange [excluding anything marked 50-80% OFF - these items cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully]

  • Laybys cannot be refunded or exchanged so please choose carefully.
  • There are no returns (for refund or exchange) on lingerie/underwear for hygiene reasons.
We no longer issue credit notes as of 1/2/2011 - all credit notes issued prior to this date are still valid.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of the original delivery date and should be sent prepaid. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Return and Exchange Process

BEFORE sending out your return / exchange package, please contact us by email: contact@maximillia.com. The merchandise must then be packaged and postmarked within 5 days of delivery.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. Depending on your bank, refunds may take several days to appear on your statement.

We will not be able to process your return without having your original order sent back to us.

We will refund the credit card or bank account you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
